By registering for or attending any Focus Factory LA session (“Event”), you agree to the following terms:

1. RSVP & Attendance

• RSVPs are required for attendance.
• You must provide accurate contact information so we can send event details and updates.
• Seats are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

2. Data Usage Consent

By RSVP’ing, you agree that Focus Factory LA may store your information and share it with partnered organizations who directly support event operations.

Your data is never sold to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

3. Photography & Media Release

During some Events, we may capture photographs or short video clips for recap posts and marketing future sessions.

If you do not wish to appear in any media, notify a staff member when you arrive.

4. Behavior & Environment

• Focus Factory LA is a professional, focused environment.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event.

5. Liability

You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own belongings, equipment, and personal wellbeing.

6. Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions, in which case we will notify registered attendees using the contact information provided.
